Customer Reviews
Carbon Filters Rock!
Moved my humidors to the basement and needed new Carbon Filters. Air Quality Engineering filters are a bit different, but these fit perfectly and were a steal at $23.40! My cigars are going to be so happy, will definitely be shopping here again for more accessories!
Perfect desktop humidor
I got a Desktop Humidor recently and it's fantastic! The Spanish cedar inside smells amazing, and my cigars are staying perfectly humidified. It arrived really fast, and the quality is even better than I expected. I'm definitely going to shop here again for more accessories, maybe a cutter next. This place is great for any cigar lover!
Smooth experience, quality product
I recently purchased a Commercial Smoke Eater for my lounge and had a really good experience. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions which helped me choose the right model. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable for such a large item, and it arrived in perfect condition. Installation was pretty simple; the instructions were clear, and it started working immediately to clear the air. The unit itself feels very sturdy and well-built, definitely a professional-grade piece of equipment. I even called customer support with a question about ongoing maintenance, and they were knowledgeable and helpful. This was a significant investment, but it seems worth it for the air quality improvement.
Excellent Quality, Fast Shipping
I ordered a set of Spanish Cedar Shelving and it arrived so quickly! The quality is amazing, exactly what I needed for my humidor upgrade. It fit perfectly, and the cedar smells wonderful. I'm definitely going to shop here again for more accessories, maybe a new hygrometer next time. Already told my friend about this site!
Good HEPA filters
Ordered Air Purification Filters. They arrived quickly. Fit my commercial smoke eater perfectly. Will buy again.
Good humidor, fast delivery
Got an End Table Humidor. It came quickly and was well-packaged. Looks great. Good purchase.
Nice cigar display case
I was looking for a decent Cigar Display Case for my small collection, and this one caught my eye. It looked pretty good on the website, and when it got here, I was happy with it. It's solid, not flimsy at all, and it really shows off my cigars well. Shipping took about a week, which was fine. I chatted with someone from support because I had a question about the lighting kit, and they were pretty helpful. Overall, it was a smooth process and I got exactly what I wanted.
Consistent and Reliable Service
This was my third purchase from Elegant Bar, this time a Desktop Humidor. As usual, the order process was smooth and the delivery was prompt, actually arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. I've bought a few humidification systems from them before, and they always deliver good quality products without any fuss. It's why I keep coming back, can always count on them for my cigar storage needs.
Cabinet Humidor purchase
I purchased a Cabinet Humidor from Elegant Bar a few weeks ago, specifically one of their larger models. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I appreciated the detailed descriptions and dimensions provided, which helped a lot in choosing the right size for my space. Shipping was handled by a freight company, and it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery team was professional and brought it right into my garage. Upon unboxing, the humidor itself felt very solid. The Spanish cedar shelving was well-crafted, and the glass door seals tightly. I did have a minor issue with one of the hygrometers not being perfectly calibrated out of the box, but a quick call to customer service sorted that out; they walked me through recalibration steps and offered a replacement if it didn't work. It's now holding humidity beautifully, and my cigars are in perfect condition. I'm considering one of their humidification systems next.

Does anyone know if they offer financing for the really big stuff? Looking at a walk-in humidor and that's a big chunk of change upfront.
Hey, thinking about grabbing a big cabinet humidor. How long does it usually take to get here, like to New York City?
Just curious, are their cigar lockers made with real Spanish Cedar? Some places cut corners.
Anyone know if they're having any sales soon? Like Black Friday or something for humidifiers?
I'm in Toronto, Canada. Do these guys ship internationally or just within the US?
